These Terms govern your use of Peeko, a mobile application designed for pet owners to share and discover pet-friendly locations, grooming services, and veterinary clinics. By using Peeko, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Account Setup and Responsibilities
To use Peeko, you may create a basic account with a username and profile photo. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. If you notice any unauthorized access, you should notify us immediately at support@geo-places.com. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use.
Sharing Content
Users can post text, images, and short audio clips (“Content”) about pet locations or services. By submitting Content, you confirm:
Use of Your Content
By uploading Content, you grant Peeko a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display it within the app. While we will remove Content upon request, cached versions may remain temporarily. Peeko reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or violating these Terms.
Interaction with Other Users
Peeko does not review every post and is not responsible for users’ actions or content. Please exercise caution and common sense when interacting with others.
Geolocation and Technical Data
Peeko collects location data (via GPS, Wi-Fi, and background tracking) to provide app functionality, such as showing nearby pet-friendly places. Technical information (device type, IP address, usage patterns) may be collected via third-party SDKs or cookies to improve app performance.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and app software remain the property of Peeko or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute any proprietary material without explicit permission.
Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Peeko after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms. Users can request account deletion by contacting support@geo-places.com. Certain obligations, such as content ownership and liability disclaimers, survive termination.
Limitation of Liability and Warranties
Peeko is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or that the app is free from errors. Peeko is not liable for damages, lost data, or actions by other users.
